Hands up if you love a plank 🙌 Here’s a little flow I’ve been playing with in my sessions recently 💪
The plank is an awesome exercise to work the whole of your body through the isometric contraction of your muscles. It’ll help you build strength and stability in your core and back.
The record for the longest held plank was about 9 and half hours by some Australian dude (crazy 👀).
I get bored pretty easily so I like my planks to move. I’ve spiced up the traditional Long Stretch with some push ups, knee stretches, and flowed into Up Stretch and back, joyous 🤩 I promise you that after a set or 10 your whole body will shake, Pilates isn’t just for old ladies 🤘
