Surf Strength & Mobility
Build your core strength and stability. Target your surfing muscles using specialised Pilates equipment combined with quadrupedal, ground based movement to enhance your surf fitness. Fun, challenging and effective. Designed to improve your strength and power, mobility, flexibility and coordination for all levels of fitness.
Mat Pilates
From beginner though to advanced. With the simplicity of mat work you’ll build a strong and balanced body, increasing your core strength, balance and coordination.
